Our mission begins right here in Salisbury, NC—the hometown of our founder and the community that shaped our values. From Salisbury, we are expanding across the entire Southeast, bringing hope and housing to families who have been priced out of the American Dream.

According to the National Association of Realtors (2021), there are an estimated 150,000,000 unoccupied hotel rooms sitting dormant across the United States. That's not a statistic—that's a national failure and a moral call to action.
How did we get here? Nearly 14 years of near-zero interest rates, followed by the COVID-19 pandemic, created a tsunami of overbuilt commercial properties and suite hotels. In some regions, occupancy rates have plummeted to just 50%—half-empty buildings bleeding money while families struggle to find a place to call home.
